Multi-language
CoSyWa gives the possibility to work with different languages. There are 3 languages implemented up to now - English, German and Bulgarian. Multilingual is guaranteed for both - user interface (all the visual forms, menus, views, messages, reports, etc.) and master data. The system supports the possibility to print all output reports/data for a specific contractor using the language preferred by the contractor. The translation technology included in the system gives the possibility to translate all the texts within the system to a different language in a short time.

Multi-currency
CoSyWa gives the possibility to work with an unlimited number of currencies and currency cross-rates. On currency change the system automatically recalculates inputted data to another currency based on a valid currency cross rate. The system supports cross-rate history.

Multi client
CoSyWa gives the possibility to work with unlimited number of clients. It is easy to create new client based on a template.

Multi-user environment
CoSyWa gives the possibility to define, manage and work with an unlimited number of users. It keeps a list of all the functions the user may execute. Users and functions may be grouped based on different criteria. User-rights management system guarantees authorized access to the data.

Covers warehouse activities
CoSyWa gives the possibility for automation of the warehouse activities. The system functionality covers article input/output within a warehouse, internal movement between warehouses, dispatching, repackaging, assembly for structured articles. All the activities are supported with related documents.

Document-flow automation
CoSyWa gives the possibility to create links between documents and to build a document chain. Such chain covers entire sales/supplies process. Document' transformation and generation are automated and supports copy for equivalent data from predecessor document. Document chain has a graphical representation to ensure quick and easy trailing of the workflow.

Complex pricing sub-system
CoSyWa gives the possibility to work with unlimited count of prices per single article. The system supports several price-types: delivery price, sales price, customer-related price, customer group-related price and happy-hour price. The prices may vary for different warehouses and every single price keeps a relative price validity. Price may be defined in any currency supported by the system. There are specific formulas for price calculation that guarantee flexible price modification. The system supports several types of price lists and the possibility of price list generation.

Flexible report sub-system
CoSyWa gives the possibility to prepare various reports rich in reasonable information. The system has a set of prepared standard reports too, whose flexibility helps to visualize and systematize information specified by the user. Standard reports covers: quantities in the warehouse; article movement; input/output delivery history; order completion status to suppliers and from customers; sales for a defined period; status of payments to the supplier and from the customer. All the reports may cover a freely defined period of time.

Report generator
Report generator supports creation of variety of reports (statistical, ABC analyze …) from the user based on all stored data in the system as well as saving and loading of previously executed reports as XML files. There is possibility to manage visual representation for all printouts of documents, reports. Visual forms may be saved as templates as well as to be used as reusable forms. This helps to uniform all output documentation of the company.

Intuitive and ease of use user interface
CoSyWa gives the possibility for automatic fill up of a master data. The inputting process is easy to use, quick and comfortable. The system ensures direct access to all related data needed during creation of a document. The data viewed in the system can be sorted by chose by the user way. There is a complex set of system messages occurred in specific cases, and an input verification. CoSyWa supports work even with keyboard or bar code scanner only.

Wide searching sub-system
CoSyWa gives the possibility for quick access to the necessary data provided by built-in searching system. It is integrated for every point within a system where large amount of data may be retrieved. Search may be based on different criteria.

Hierarchic data structure
CoSyWa gives the possibility to work with hierarchic data structure with unlimited count of levels in the hierarchy. Supported are hierarchic groups of warehouses, warehouse unions, articles, article groups. There is customer representative hierarchy supported too (multiple level).

Wide discount functionality
CoSyWa gives the possibility to create and work with discounts. There may be defined and applied document and item discounts. The system supports formulating of: the applying conditions; and the applying way. According to these definitions CoSyWa automatically selects the discounts.

Wide commission sub-system
CoSyWa gives the possibility to define flexible commissions for customer representatives. Commissions may be calculated and transferred to the accounts within the system. CoSyWa supports distribution of the commission amount within a customer representative hierarchy in a user defined way (master-, sub representatives).

Flexible side costs sub-system
CoSyWa gives the possibility to apply a user-defined set of side costs for all documents. The side costs may be applied at document level or item level with absolute or relative value. The system supports distribution of document-defined side-costs between items. There may be defined buying party part also, based on different criteria. Side-costs are reflected in the cost price (buying price).

Works with charges and instances
CoSyWa gives the possibility to deliver articles grouped in charges. The charges have term of validity/warranty and may form hierarchic structures. The instances in every charge have serial numbers, location in the warehouse and charge. Warehouse input or output is reflected by the charges and instances.

Master data
CoSyWa gives the possibility to work with wide range of master data. Supported is unlimited count for every single type of master data in use. They handle full sales/supplies conditions - types of payment; conditions of delivery; delivery types; delivery side cost types; discounts, etc. There is also additional data used within a system - countries, regions, name prefixes, measurement units, currencies, etc. CoSyWa supports different types of contractors: customers, suppliers, customer representatives, and carriers. All contractors may be grouped in contractor groups, customer groups, buying groups.

Help sub-system
CoSyWa has integrated context-sensitive help. It supports work providing detailed description of the whole system. Help is supported with many screen-shots to clarify real system functionality to the user.

Scalar and secure data
CoSyWa uses the possibilities of relational databases(IBM DB2 and PostgreSQL) for data archiving and restoring (even on-line). It guarantees data integrity and very good performance independent of the amount of data.

Client-defined configuration
CoSyWa ensures flexible management of the system parameters depending of the user needs.
